Partly blocks vision by creating a green, bubbly vignette. Significantly weakens the target by slowing its attack and movement speed and lowering its damage, while dealing constant, armor piercing damage. Can be negated by Anti Radiation Armor.

- Slows down attack speed by 20% for each level
- Reduces attack power by 20% for each level

- Can be removed by using milk (vignette slowly dissapears)
